Arlenn is currently an early-stage customer-validation product. This notice describes only the current website and demonstration and is not presented as a final legal policy.
The public website
This version does not provide user accounts, online purchases, analytics tracking, or a website contact-submission system.
Contacting Arlenn
The contact page can open a pre-filled draft in your own email application. Arlenn receives information only if you choose to send that email. Your email provider handles the message under its own terms.
The demo workspace
The HertsPro workspace uses fictional company-profile information, locally seeded procurement records, and local browser storage for workflow choices and profile edits. Those demo changes remain in your browser and are not submitted to Arlenn.
Procurement sources
Opportunity records can link to third-party official procurement notices. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
Before wider release
This notice should be reviewed and replaced with a verified legal notice before Arlenn introduces accounts, analytics, hosted contact forms, or other production services.
